Electrical repairs and upgrades. Without the guesswork.
If the lights flicker, an outlet is no longer working or a circuit keeps tripping, you want to understand the cause—not just replace parts at random. We assess the installation, explain the findings and quote the repairs or changes required.
Planning a home update instead? We can help position extra power points, replace tired lighting, install ceiling fans and improve outdoor power arrangements. We'll check wiring access, load and protection before proposing the work.
Ible Electrical was founded in nearby Rosemeadow by two brothers who grew up in Macarthur. We service Eschol Park as part of our broader Campbelltown area; we are not claiming an office or physical address in the suburb.
The electrical services Eschol Park homes need.
From diagnosing a fault to adding better lighting or a new outlet, choose the work you need—or let us assess the problem first.

Tripping circuits? An older board? Know what matters.
Eschol Park began developing as a residential suburb in the 1970s. An older switchboard deserves an informed assessment, but its age alone does not prove the installation is unsafe or needs complete replacement.
Why does an RCD keep tripping?
A safety switch monitors leakage current. Moisture, faulty appliances or damaged wiring are possible causes. Frequent or repeated tripping needs investigation; repeatedly forcing it back on isn't a repair.
Is it too much equipment?
New appliances and workshops can change how much electrical load a home uses. A licensed electrician can review protection, supply and the actual circuit rather than assuming extra power points solve an overload.
Does the whole board need changing?
Not automatically. Fuses, RCD coverage, enclosure condition, available capacity and defects help determine whether a targeted improvement, additional circuit or more complete upgrade makes sense.
See the finish. Not stock-photo promises.
These are genuine installations Ible Electrical completed in Harrington Park, elsewhere in Macarthur. They are examples of our work, not claimed Eschol Park projects. Your home will need its own site assessment.

Ceiling fan installation
A finished fan installation showing the kind of clean result we aim for. At your Eschol Park home, we would check the support, location, existing wiring and controls before quoting.

Switchboard and safety protection
An example of genuine switchboard work. We'll assess whether your board needs targeted work, extra protection or a broader upgrade—rather than making that assumption from the property's age.
Electrical wiring work in NSW must be undertaken by appropriately licensed people. Where a Certificate of Compliance for Electrical Work is required, the applicable electrical testing and documentation must be completed.
Four useful upgrades to consider around the home.
The suburb developed from the late 1970s, including the Highfield Estate. That local history informs the questions worth asking, not a diagnosis of every home on the street.
Better power for how you live now
Need charging beside a bed, an outlet behind a mounted TV or dedicated power in a study? We can assess additional locations without assuming you need a whole-house rewire.
Fans and more useful lighting
A properly supported bedroom fan, good kitchen task lighting or improved bathroom extraction can make the home more comfortable without a full renovation.
Garage, shed and pergola power
Outdoor entertaining and work areas need cable routes, weather-suitable outlets and safe protection. We assess the planned equipment, exposure and access before quoting.
Check before adding major appliances
A new cooktop, EV charger or workshop circuit can change demand. We assess existing protection and supply to determine what must change, rather than recommending a new switchboard automatically.
Four steps. Clear communication.
The same straightforward process applies whether you need one replacement outlet or several electrical upgrades.
Describe the job
Tell us the issue or installation you need. Safe photos of fittings can help us understand the starting point.
Inspect and explain
We assess the existing installation, access, appropriate protection and practical options.
Approve your quote
Review the proposed scope and upfront fixed-price quote before authorising the work.
Complete and test
We undertake the agreed job, complete applicable checks and leave the area tidy.
Tell us just enough. We will handle the assessment.
No need to diagnose live wiring or open electrical equipment. Start with these details and we will arrange the next steps.
For example, a repeatedly tripping switch, three new downlights or a bedroom fan.
Provide the location and a convenient way for our team to contact you.
Photograph the fitting or exterior of the switchboard only if there is no hazard. Never remove a cover or approach damaged wiring.
If you already have a fan, oven or EV charger model—or several jobs to combine—let us know.

Eschol Park electrician FAQs.
Straightforward answers about repairs, safety switches, pricing and common electrical work.
Can I book a same-day electrician in Eschol Park?
Yes. Ible Electrical advertises Same-Day Availability for Eschol Park. Call (02) 8999 5280 or send a quote request with your address and the job details so our team can arrange your service.
Do all older Eschol Park homes need a new switchboard?
No. Eschol Park has homes dating from different stages of development. The age of a property alone does not establish whether its board needs replacing. An electrician should inspect the installed protection, wiring condition, defects and planned loads before recommending work.
My safety switch keeps tripping. Should I keep resetting it?
No. Repeated tripping can point to an appliance problem, moisture, faulty wiring or another electrical fault. Stop resetting a circuit that continues to trip and arrange licensed fault finding. Stay away from any sparking, smoke or burning smell.
What is the difference between a safety switch and a circuit breaker?
A circuit breaker primarily protects wiring against overcurrent, while a safety switch (RCD) responds to certain leakage-to-earth faults that can cause electric shock. Some RCBO devices provide both functions. We can check what protection your circuits actually have.
Can you replace old fuses with modern safety switches?
Often, but the right approach depends on the condition and configuration of the existing installation. Some properties suit targeted modifications; others require a switchboard upgrade and associated electrical work after assessment.
Can you install more power points in a brick home?
Often, yes. A new outlet may be possible without rewiring the whole property, but the electrician must assess the existing circuit and an appropriate cable route through the building finishes.
Can a ceiling fan replace an existing bedroom light?
In many cases, provided the mounting location, support and wiring are suitable. We check fan clearances, room layout and controls, and can discuss models with integrated lights.
Can you install outdoor power and a pergola fan?
Yes, where the installation is suitable. Covered structures are not necessarily fully protected from rain or moisture, so outdoor equipment must be appropriate for the exposure and the structure must support the fan.
Do you replace smoke alarms in Eschol Park?
Yes. We can assess ageing or faulty alarms and replace suitable hardwired units. Alarm arrangement and replacement obligations depend on the property; we do not assume every house requires the same system.
Can you install an induction cooktop or a new oven?
Yes. Share the model or electrical rating when enquiring. We assess the existing wiring, protection and supply to establish whether a dedicated circuit or other changes are needed.
Can you fit LED downlights without a complete lighting renovation?
Often, yes. Existing cut-out sizes, wiring, insulation clearances and dimmer compatibility need checking. We can discuss warm or neutral colour temperature and layout before installation.
Will I receive a fixed-price quote before work begins?
Yes. We explain the proposed scope and provide an upfront fixed-price quote for the agreed work. If extra work is identified, it should be discussed before proceeding beyond the approved scope.
Do you handle several small electrical jobs in one visit?
Often. Tell us about all the power points, fans, lighting and repairs you need so we can assess the combined scope and plan materials and time appropriately.
Can you install EV charging at an existing Eschol Park home?
Yes. Charger selection, available supply, maximum demand, suitable circuit protection and cable routes must be checked. An EV charger does not automatically mean the entire switchboard needs replacing.
Are you actually based in Eschol Park?
Ible Electrical is a family-run Macarthur business founded in Rosemeadow and services Eschol Park. We do not claim to have a physical Eschol Park shopfront or office.
Are your electricians licensed and insured?

What happens if there are sparks, smoke or an electrical fire?
Move people away from danger, do not touch damaged or wet electrical equipment, and call 000 for fire or immediate danger. Isolate power only if it is safe to do so. Do not delay emergency assistance to complete a quote form.
Which nearby suburbs do you also service?
